Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the mcw9 platform — including its website, mobile interface, game products, sports betting markets, wallet services, and customer support channels — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Member") and mcw9 (the "Platform" or "we" or "us"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the mcw9 platform and close your account if one has been opened.

Your continued use of any mcw9 service following the publication of any revised Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. mcw9 recommends that Members review these terms periodically. The date at the top of this document reflects the version currently in force.

Eligibility

Access to and use of the mcw9 platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their membership:

• You are at least 21 years of age. mcw9 does not permit access or participation by any person under the age of 21, regardless of the legal gambling age in any jurisdiction.
• You are accessing the platform as a private individual and not on behalf of any corporate body, syndicate, or third party.
• You are not acting as an agent for any other person or entity in relation to your betting or gaming activity on mcw9.
• You are not a resident of, nor physically located in, any jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not an employee, contractor, officer, director, or agent of mcw9, nor a close family member of any such person, for the purposes of participating in real-money gaming.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the mcw9 platform or had an account suspended or permanently closed by mcw9 for breach of these terms.

mcw9 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each Member is permitted to maintain exactly one (1) registered account on the mcw9 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, device, IP address, or payment method — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and to update that information promptly whenever it changes. mcw9 relies on the information you provide to verify your identity, process payments, and comply with its obligations. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

mcw9 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Before any withdrawal is processed, and at any other time at mcw9's discretion, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A government-issued photo identity document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official document confirming your residential address (dated within 90 days)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used to deposit funds (e.g., screenshot of mobile wallet registered in your name)

Account functions including withdrawals will remain restricted until KYC verification is successfully completed. mcw9 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any one-time passcodes associated with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. mcw9 will not be liable for any losses or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify mcw9 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

Deposits & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

mcw9 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and select Bangladeshi bank transfer services. All payment methods must be registered in the name of the account holder. Third-party deposits are not permitted under any circumstances.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit limits may vary depending on the payment method and account verification status. Members who have completed full KYC verification may apply for higher deposit thresholds by contacting support.

4.3 Processing Times

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to the mcw9 wallet instantly or within a few minutes of confirmation by the payment provider. mcw9 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing systems.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the mcw9 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). mcw9 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. If a deposit is made from a foreign currency source, any resulting conversion fees or exchange rate losses are the sole responsibility of the Member.

Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals are available to Members who have: (a) completed identity verification (KYC) as described in Section 3.3; (b) made at least one qualifying deposit from a payment method registered in their own name; and (c) met any applicable wagering requirements associated with bonus funds present in their account balance.

5.2 Withdrawal Limits

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are determined by the Member's account tier and verification status. Members wishing to withdraw amounts above the standard daily limit should contact customer support in advance to arrange processing.

5.3 Processing Times

Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by the mcw9 finance team, typically within 2–24 hours of submission during normal operating hours (BST, UTC+6). Requests submitted during public holidays in Bangladesh, including Eid and Victory Day, may experience slightly longer processing times. mcw9 will communicate any delays to the Member via the contact details registered on their account.

5.4 Withdrawal Method

Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method and account registered under the Member's name that was used for the most recent qualifying deposit. mcw9 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, unverified accounts, or payment methods not previously used for a deposit on the platform.

5.5 Right to Withhold

mcw9 reserves the right to delay, withhold, or reverse a withdrawal in cases where: a KYC review is pending; there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or breach of these terms; or the withdrawal is subject to investigation under mcw9's anti-money-laundering procedures. Members will be notified of any such hold and given the opportunity to provide clarifying information.

Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions, and any other promotional rewards made available on the mcw9 platform are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented. In the absence of specific terms, the following general conditions apply.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been fulfilled. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means ৳20,000 in qualifying wagers must be placed before the bonus converts to withdrawable funds). The wagering contribution of each game type towards the requirement is stated in the specific promotion terms.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

mcw9 takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. Conduct that constitutes bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: claiming multiple welcome bonuses using different accounts; exploiting low-risk or zero-risk betting strategies to satisfy wagering requirements; using bonuses in conjunction with prohibited software; and systematic cancellation of bets placed with bonus funds. Any Member found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their account suspended, all bonus funds forfeited, and any winnings derived from bonus abuse removed.

6.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Offers

mcw9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Members who have already accepted and are actively fulfilling the wagering requirements of a current offer will be given a reasonable period to complete those requirements unless mcw9 determines that the offer was claimed fraudulently.

Game Rules & Betting

7.1 Game Availability

mcw9 reserves the right to add, remove, or modify any game, betting market, or product available on the platform at any time. The availability of specific games may vary depending on technical maintenance schedules, provider agreements, and regulatory requirements.

7.2 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and sports betting markets on the mcw9 platform. These limits are displayed within each game or market and may differ by product, game type, and account tier. mcw9 reserves the right to adjust betting limits on individual accounts where suspicious activity or arbitrage behaviour is detected.

7.3 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, communication failure, or any other error that affects the outcome of a game round or the settlement of a bet, mcw9 reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the Member's account. No compensation beyond the return of the original stake will be payable in such circumstances. Void wagers cannot be appealed.

7.4 Sports Betting Settlement

Sports betting markets are settled based on official results published by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). In-play bets placed after an event has concluded, or during a period of live data delay, may be voided at mcw9's discretion. Suspicious price movements or irregular betting patterns may trigger a market review before settlement.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mcw9 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and, where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Creating or operating more than one account on the platform
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tool to interact with the platform
• Engaging in collusion with other Members to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, errors, or glitches
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or corrupting the integrity of any sporting event
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using the platform for money laundering purposes
• Abusing the bonus system as described in Section 6.3
• Attempting to access another Member's account without authorisation
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing mcw9 staff or other Members

Responsible Gaming

mcw9 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The platform provides all Members with access to tools that support healthy gambling habits. These tools are available at no cost from within the account dashboard and include:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session time reminders: Receive notifications after a set duration of continuous play.
• Cool-off periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 30 days) without permanent closure.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently close your account and be excluded from re-registration for a minimum period of one year.

mcw9 strictly prohibits access by any person under 21 years of age. Age verification is enforced at account registration and before the first withdrawal. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be closed immediately and all balances forfeited.

Intellectual Property

All content on the mcw9 platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, game interfaces, software, audio, and video — is the intellectual property of mcw9 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to: copy, reproduce, or redistribute any platform content; modify or create derivative works; reverse-engineer any software; or use any automated means to scrape or index platform data.

Any unauthorised use of mcw9's intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mcw9 shall not be liable to any Member for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — arising from or in connection with the use of or inability to use the mcw9 platform, even if mcw9 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

mcw9's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any claim arising out of or related to these Terms & Conditions or the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

mcw9 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Access to the platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. mcw9 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the suitability of the platform for any particular purpose.

Privacy & Data

mcw9 collects, processes, stores, and protects personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by mcw9 is used exclusively for the purposes of account management, payment processing, identity verification, fraud prevention, and the delivery of personalised services. mcw9 does not sell personal data to third parties. Amendments to These Terms

Your continued use of the mcw9 platform following the publication of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform immediately and contact support to initiate account closure.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable laws to the extent consistent with the platform's operational framework. mcw9 is committed to resolving all disputes with Members fairly and transparently.

In the event of a dispute regarding a bet, game outcome, payment, or account decision, the Member should first contact mcw9 customer support via live chat or email to raise a formal complaint. mcw9 will investigate all formal complaints and issue a written response within a reasonable timeframe. If the matter cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, the parties agree to seek resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any other remedy.

mcw9's decisions on matters of game integrity, bet settlement, and bonus eligibility are final and binding, subject to the outcome of any formally investigated complaint.
